Michelle Barry Franco, Principal
Communication Coach and Consultant


jim A strong belief in the power of self-expression is the driving force behind Michelle's communication coaching and consulting. Academic study in Psychology, Counseling, and Communication complements her richly varied business world background. Michelle's experience ranges from coaching executives and entrepreneurs on presentation skills to teaching college public speaking courses. A writer as well, Michelle has published magazine articles, written website copy, corporate policies and brochure content. Previous work in non-profit administration, insurance and high-tech start-ups provides excellent context for any business industry. Michelle has a Master's degree in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor's degree from San Jose State University.

jim Jim is a detail guy who knows how to make a good line even better. His expertise is in editing and word choice precision - the result of an extraordinary vocabulary. Extensive background in business ownership and product marketing in Fortune 500 companies complements his lifelong interest in words. Jim has an MBA from Duke University and a B.A. in History from Yale University. (The dog is Scout.)
